bpPlugin.connectionError max time exceeded

hi!

i tried attaching files but "oops, there was an error in attaching your files." i have to click try again then switch button to be able to attach the files. i tired downloading the browserplus but an error occurred during installation. the error is "bpPlugin,connectionError: max time exceeded" . what does this error mean? how do we fully install browserplus and solve the error?

the only way we could attach files is by switching to classic mail. how is that? browserplus is more updated that classic mail.
