YUI problem in IE

Hi!
I have a problem with YUI 2.4.1 in IE (6,7).
After page is loaded JS resize width of page and appear scroll with a blank space (http://ftn.localhost/search/stocks/?keywords=unaf). In FF everething is ok.
Also, i found, that this issue doesn't appear when i set in my php code:
"error_reporting(E_ALL);"

Hove i can solve this problem without setting error report level to E_ALL?
