I am having problems getting BrowserPlus to download. It begins downloading and at 41% it stops and closes out saying that BrowserPlus has stopped working. I have tried to download this to both of my email accounts and continue to receive the same message. Is there somthing that can be done?

If you have some patience and willingness to help us figure it out, there's a tone that can be done!
A first set of questions to get us started:
1. what operating system are you on? windows xp?
2. does the problem occur when you're *installing* browserplus? if so, can you share your installation log with me? here's how you can find it:

3. you could try installing a beta version of the software (version 2.6.0) from here:
http://github.com/browserplus/platform/downloads the BrowserPlus_2.6.0_full.exe is an all in one installer.
