I can send and replay also forwardand download attach file from inbox

Dear Help and Support center..I'd like to asking question about my Yahoo mail that I opened at my Laptop, It was Totaly broken
Caused I can send e-mail from it, I can't forward e-mail from my inbox menu, and also I can replay e-mail from my inbox.
I ahve problem too when I want to attach file it was not working..
Please give me favour to solve this problem...Thanks...Jack
