Drag and Drop feature not working

I am using google chrome and I installed yahoo browser plus. however, i am not able to upload any files via the drag and drop feature. the command is being interpreted as copy from windows explorer command. can someone help with this issue?

    It's a bug which has been fixed. Next time we push a platform update, Windows/Chrome dnd will work again.
