Drag and Drop Service.

Hello,

I am facing an issue with the drag and drop service in web aplication. The scenario is related to the doctype used in my master page, when i remove my doctype the service run smoothly, but anytime i reload with any doctype the dnd callback on drop function did not get the id of my div target and open my uploaded file into the browser.

Help is required on this :)
