Does not work in Dubai, but works via VPN to US

Hi,
We had started using using browserplus in our CMS, but few months ago it just stopped working. Even the demos on yahoo site did not work. Just saw that if i did a VPN to United States, it works. Does it have geographical restrictions? All the hard work we did was for nothing. You guys should have mentioned before hand that it cannot be used in certain countries, even though I think its stupid to have such restrictions.

I get a 404 for this file

http://bp.yahooapis.com/2.4.9/browserplus-min.js

And if I access this using a VPN, it works.

I have checked this both from home and office and various other locations in Dubai. It does not work.

    Thanks for the post! Yikes! I wonder if you could help me diagnose this problem so we can get you a quick resolution.

    First, I wonder if you also receive a 404 for this URL: http://bp.yahooapis.com/2.4.9/browserplus.js

    Second, I wonder if you could help us understand which server is having the problem. If you're on a windows system please paste the output of

    nslookup bp.yahooapis.com

    Or on unix/osx, please paste the output of the command:

    host bp.yahooapis.com
