Commercial use of weather.

Dear Yahoo,

We are creating an application for the iPhone and wish to use your weather service within it, The app will be free but there will be some advertising revenue generated. Can you clarify that this is deemed to be commercial use and is there a license we can pay if so?

Also can you confirm that we can get 5 day weather data?

    If I create a mobile app, but it's going to be free and no ads, no in-app purchases etc., will this be considered as commercial as well?
