Sorry, we only support WinXP and Vista with experimental support for Win7.

well fair enough, just wanted to make sure it wasn't a bug, on a BP web page there is no information about "requirements". I would really love to know list of OSes and browsers supported.
another thing, for some reason BP works on all possible PCs i tested, but i can't get it working for few others i have overseas in clients hands. Is there anyway i can have a log or some debug data on what is going on?
