Browserplus crashes regularly

Hi,

I have developed a web app, that is widely used in our company (200+ users) as a primary tool to work with. Basically everything is okay, if not BrowserPlus would crash quite often. How can I debug this and how can I provide useful information to you?

I see basically two scenarios:
1. The complete plugin crashes and is available after a restart of the browser.
2. BrowserPlus can't be initialized on a page load, after reload everything works just fine.
