BrowserPlush crashing

Hi, writing to get some help as to why my newly installed BrowserPlus crashes everytime after I get done using it. Is there a fix? or do I not worry about it? It works the next time I attach images to an email but then it crashes after I send the email.
I'm using FF3.6.8 and Windows 5.1 running SP3
