BrowserPlus installed but Drag & Drop not visible

I installed the BrowserPlus to enable Drag & Drop for attachments. I have read how to go about using it after BrowserPlus; looking for the "up arrow" on the right hand side and looking for the "drop zone". I do not see the "up arrow"...can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
