BrowserPlus Installed but nothing...

I have the latest software BrowserPlus installed on Firefox (on a Mac) but when I attempt to drag and drop from my desktop, literally nothing happens. Im frustrated with this software as it used to work but customer support is terrible. Im thinking of dropping yahoo and just using gmail - much more user friendly.

Anyone else have this issue?
