BrowserPlus Installation Error

I'm getting the following error when attempting to install BrowserPlus:
unable to register c:\Documents and Settings/JonS/Local Settings/Application Data/Yahoo!/BrowserPlus\2.9.8\Plugins\TBPAddon_2.9.8.dll (18): There are no more files.

I visited the project site and tried to install older versions and wasn't able to install any of them either.

If I knew where the log file is located, I would attach it but the forum link for finding it is dead.
