Attachments

Help! I can no longer send a single document with my email!! Everytime I click on ATTACHMENT it downloads the entire folder and won't let me select a particular document. What can I do? This is exasperating, and I have deadlines for documents. This has been happening for two weeks now.
Someone, please help me with this.
