use yahoo API lifestyle

recently I request API for lifestyle in Taiwan:

http://tw.developer.yahoo.com/lifestyle/api_v03.php

this is which I request class: Class.listBizsInRange

http://tw.lifestyle.yahooapis.com/v0.3/Cla...class=152979953

I have used my own apply's appid. First, I can get the location tag informations, but after few days, some problems happened, the location tag information is gone.
Now it reply nothing like:

<Location>
<Longitude></Longitude>
<Latitude></Latitude>
</Location>

Because I need this information in time, so what happened?
Or where should I ask this question?
