This forum is really for developers using Yahoo! APIs. Since we don't work on the Mail team we can't help (sorry!). Try going to
http://help.yahoo.com and choosing 'Mail'. There's a contact form there. Good luck, and sorry to hear about your Mail issue. I hope they get it resolved ASAP.
