I just don't know where to send this, I am receiving this email which claims to be from yahoo and i think it is a scam, please advise. thank you.

I am not a spamer, i was wondering who exactly i should conract tocorrect that
and unlist me from that blacklist..

Hi Sir have a somewhat permanent problem in accessing my mails.i can't edit,send,open or retrieve my mails simply because the page isn't opening.it's Very Slowly Why it is like this can you suggest me what i have to do.
