With Yahoo! boss ads

I have some questions about Yahoo! Sponsored Search Ads for BOSS.

I think this program will not work for Korean. (maybe..)

When it's true, can I work with overture partner agency in South Korea?
(There is already exists some Overture partner agencies in korea as you know.)

I'm developer & Marketer that lives in Korea.
