I am one of your e-mail customers, and I need to know from you about the customer alert for canceling accounts due to some people who may be using someone elses name. Am I suppose to fill out the questions at the end of the e-mail or how do I send you my information.

Also if I fill out the information that you asked for included in the e-mail how do I then send it to you.

  • Please go to help.yahoo.com and click on Mail. In the top of the page there is a link to 'contact us'. An agent there will be able to guide you through the process.

    Cheers!
