Unable to get Yahoo Application ID

Hello Folks,
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I created the file in the root directory with the specified name and pasted the text in it. I am able to access that file in my browser but when I click on the "Check Domain" button - I keep getting the following message:
Result: Failed (checked http://www.<mydomain>.com/ydnw16So7.html)

Any idea on what I'm doing wrong.
Any help will be really appreciated.

    I have a similar problem. After I wanted to create my second application ID and after placing the required file to the root directory I click on the "Check Domain" button. It first founds the file and says "passed" but after clicking the continue "passed" turns to "unchecked" and it stays on the same page. I happened several times and I can not create my new ID. Please help!!
