Site Explorer: PLEASE improve.

Dear Support Team,

Yahoo! Site Explorer seems to have problems. I need to update Yahoo! desparately. My position in index has gone down since new pages are not indexed.

1) Unable to Resubmit a sitefeed :
I get "Invalid Request" message

I even tried deleting & submiting my sitemap.
I get the same "Invalid Request" while deleting.

2)Ping Service
http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/ping
The above service fails when I ytry to subit my sitemap
I get page: "You are not authorized to view this page...."

PLEASE make all options of Site Explorer to work.
