Please put current time and chance of precipitation

Hi there.

I'd really, really love it if you could put current time and chance of precipitation. If chance of precipitation isn't possible, I understand. But please if you could put the current time, it'd be very very helpful. Currently I have to load Weatherbug's API just to grab the current time of the user in that location. It really slows down the downloading process.
