Old Email Address

I was going to move from my current Email provider (which is also my internet provider) to YAHOO but the drop down box does not show my provider (@ _______.___) therefore I am at a loss. I am getting ready to move and need the access, like today. Please let me know if there is some other way to sign up for and pull all my old Emails over to Yahoo.com? Thank you, Anna L. Coker
