It seems you have overreached without confirming what you try to do is actually working.
That is a bad business move.
So specific complaints:
a)Way to difficult to actually chat with Yahoo representatives. There is nothing better you could do in my opinion that return that feature to your front page.
b)Fix the bug that is crashing IE 8 every time I sign out.
c)Stop selling our information retained in our email accounts to spammers. I don’t care how good your filter is or not my privacy is far more important.
d)Stop forcing upgrades on us. I had tried the new email when it first came out. Did not like it as it was SLOWER than my previous version. Gave you feedback as to that when I switched back. Now I am being forced to upgrade whether I like it or not. Clearly no concern for customers being shown there.
e)Way too complicated. Everything that is Yahoo. Keep it simple sweethearts. One list of all apps.... I scroll, I save as my preference and then simple click. As it is now everything I do within Yahoo takes no less than FOUR pages to click through. Can you say.... YUCK?!!
f)Stop with the “security” excuses. We are all now aware anything on the computer has ZERO EXPECTATIONS of PRIVACY. The constant logging in and special characters is becoming increasingly redundant, unnecessary and infuriating
HAVE A EASY CUSTOMER FEEDBACK MECHANISM ON YOUR FRONT PAGE. That is of course if you care what your customers think.....
