How can I get User's user_id to use in Y! Answers Api?

Hi,

I'd like to know if is there possible to get User's user_id (not Yahoo ID) dynamically?.

I don't now if user_id is only for Y! Answers. I need it, to use here: http://developer.yahoo.com/answers/
