Can you please provide the details that you are adding in for your application please? Title, description, app / domain urls, favicon url, etc. would be great.
In general, apps cannot:
- Be ip addresses
- Have custom ports
- Be private (all domains must be publicly accessible)
- Use the terms Yahoo or Y! in the title or description
