Better Business Bureau Ratings

I don't know where to post this, so I am starting here. Since the economy's downturn, I have been ripped off by companies more than once. I think yahoo should show the BBB rating of each business when using a search engine. That way consumers can tell at a glance if the business is worth their time. The BBB is already has each business' web address on file.

  • Do you know of a service that given a URL can tell you:

    1) which company it is
    2) what the BBB rating is?

    it could also work on stock ticker, but our URL -> Stock Ticker conversion isn't a throughout as you would probably like (and only for public companies).

    If you know this service, then doing a SearchMonkey plugin would be really easy (I'll help). If that data isn't available as a service, then it becomes really hard.
