Please check your request and response again. This address should return 32.866743, -79.975120 as the latitude and longitude, respectively. The offsetlat and offsetlon values should be 32.866697, -79.975259. If you do not see these values, please provide an example request for us to investigate.
As explained in the PlaceFinder User Guide, latitude/longitude represent a location along the road, while offsetlat/offsetlon represent a location set back from the road. The offsetlat/offsetlon values should be used to mark the location. The address data used in PlaceFinder does not include coordinates for each building. PlaceFinder uses address interpolation to estimate the coordinates of a building within a block containing a range of addresses. In this case, there appears to be a single building on the block, which has a range of addresses from 2300 to 2499. The returned coordinates appear to be within 250 ft of the desired location.

I would request you to please let me know the solution of this problem. We are using your Place Finder API and it is returning wrong long/lat for the above address. Can you guys suggest something to me why it is returning wrong long/lat ? And what can I do as a work around.
