incorrect longitude for Russia

I think Russia's longitude is wrong. at http://where.yahooapis.com/geocode?locatio...ssia&appid=[key code] its listed as -74.625950.
Shouldn't this be a positive number?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This appears to be a bug. We'll investigate and correct it in a future release of PlaceFinder.
