Yahoo Geo API - Terms of Use

Where can I find the Yahoo Geo API terms of use?  I looked here (http://info.yahoo.com/legal/us/yahoo/api/api-2140.html) but didn't see them. Does this mean there are no restrictions to the Geo API beyond the basic terms of use?
