Query Stats with an API Key (because of error 999)

Hi,

We are getting the famous error 999 when calling PlaceFinder and i need to understand why. I know it can be because we have exceeded 50K request or we are sending them too quick but how can we know this?

Is there a web page on Yahoo Developer that we could input our API Key and see some stats like the number of calls made per day in the last week, the frequency of calling PlaceFinder, etc.

That error 999 does not seems to be constant at all. We have been calling PlaceFinder about 1 month ago with 50K+ and more without any problems and now for several hundreds we are getting the error 999
