Plotting City/State/Country on map from CSV File

I have a CSV file that contains a person's name, travel dates, and the city/state/country to which they are traveling. I'm trying to find a simple way to display that information on a map. I've been able to import a file into Google earth pro and geocode it but it's not automated. Any ideas?
