PlaceFinder omissions

I'm testing PlaceFinder with my application. There appear to be two shortcomings thus far in my testing, which don't seem to be mentioned on this forum.

1. I'm in Canada, and using a postal code, the system only returns the first half. So with a query looking for postal code "L1N 6W3", it returns only "L1N". I've tried without the space. I've tried passing a "ca_EN" locale, but it makes no difference.

2. When the address includes a suite or unit number, that information isn't returned in the response.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

    The address data we have for Canada only provides the partial postal code. We are looking into additional source material that would give the full postal code.

    The failure to return unit number or type information for Canada addresses appears to be a bug. We will investigate this issue.
