How can I build a store locator from yahoo ?

Which product can be used for building the functionality for Store Locator ?

The requirement is to build a store locator functionality. E.g. The end users will enter a zip code or city in US and he has to be shown a list of stores that lie within a "X" distance to the input value.
So, after taking user inputs, following steps will be required :
1) Geocode & get the Lat/Lon for the user input
2) Make a call similar to "searchwithin" Or "searchwithintersects" that will take distance as one input.
3) Show the list of results back on the web page > User clicks on one of the stores
4) Map is opened which zooms on "that" store which user clicked.


Which product / api can be used for this from Yahoo ? Is it more than one api's required for this
