Use Placefinder in a web service for sell

Hi there,

We are selling a website template to restaurants and would like to use PlaceFinder to calculate the delivery distance using user address input. Is this allowed?

I noticed this section in the Yahoo! Maps API Terms of Use:
(ix) use the stand-alone geocoder for any use other than displaying Yahoo! Maps or displaying points on Yahoo! Maps;

If it is not free to use, whom should I contact for commercial use?
