aHelp in Refreshing AccessToken

Hey,
I too gettng the "oauth_problem=permission_denied" error during refreshing of accessToken. I am using Scribe library for oAuth. but I am not getting any oauth_session_handle when i get accessToken and secret.
So can anyone give me example how to get it with Scribe???
