Unable to get a key for OAuth

I'm trying to make use of the yahoo mail web services and for this I need the keys for OAuth. I made a new yahoo mail account named qborg@yahoo.com for this project. While logged in with this account I clicked the link to https://developer.apps.yahoo.com/dashboard/createKey.html and all I get is a blank page after a couple minutes. What am I doing wrong?

  • hey buddy** found it**..first you have to create Yahoo! Application Platform then you can create project...create app

    after create app,submit it & wait for the confirmation...after that you can create OAuth Projects...
