With LG, Samsung having their own SDK, google tv on setup boxes made by sony and vizio, and others platforms, would like to figure out if development investment in YCTV worth the try. Altough the YCTV platform is a great job.

I can't find any shows that support Yahoo! Broadcast Interactivity on my new Samsung TV. I agreed to all of the Privacy Notices and turned On the setting in SyncPlus. I still don't see any signs of it working. Can you tell me which broadcasters and programs support it?

The majority of apps are built and controlled by the publishers and developers. You can not access webpages from Y! Connected TV. Generally viewing webpages is a very poor experience on TV.

I have a Vizio 42' E-series tv ( no 3d) and when i first got it last month I was satisfied with my purchase given the apps and how detailed they were but I've noticed in the past week that a lot of the Channels show options are disappearing and I'm left to think WTF I WASN"T DONE WATCHING THAT!!! If someone (ANYONE) could help me with this dilemma I would greatly appreciate that. I mean are any of the developers developing a way to access the websites without using these crappy channels if so please send me ur email because quite frankly my store warranty isn't up yet and I'm really thinking about adding a few hundred bucks to get a google tv instead, but I really don't wanna have to do that if I don't have to....HELP

I did all the stuff described on the site listed above. Yes, other applications do work. I still have weather radar from WISH tv app from New Year's Eve and I can't watch news videos. The trouble may be with CBC New Media, LLC. None of the station apps I have checked that are created by them work. I have contacted Samsung, Yahoo, CBC, WISH and LIN Media, but so far no reply from anyone.Robert A. PellBrazil IN

I have a Samsung plasa TV with yahoo Widget Gallery. I like to watch the news and weather videos from around the country. I can connect to the various stations but if the data is anyhing moving, it doesn't load. For instance I'm getting weather radar from a week ago. Also the news stories videos don't load. Please advise.

Yahoo! Connected TV currently has well over 8 million TVs in living rooms with well over 1.5 million active monthly.

The marketing site says "millions". has anyone seen any numbers circled around?

I receive the topic title when launching Y! Widgets on a Samsung Plasma TV.
Where do I get support for this problem. Samsung live help was more than useless and Y! Connect support seems nonexistent. Very irritating when nobody takes responsibility for support of their products.

Ricky-dink to say the least. Not willing to support your product don't even launch it in the first place.

Really makes me angry, I need to get a few back that I lost and there is no where to go to get them
Someone should of opened a site that allows users to continue to get those we need

Is there a way to view various statistics on app installs once it is available in the connected TV store? Statistics like total number of daily/yearly installs per version of the app by geography? Is this information available for different OEMS online if we login into our yahoo account online?
