are there any rules preventing duplication of functionality of existing widgets?
Hi - question for Y! folks or those familiar with the widget approval process. . .
Are there any rules that would prevent a widget from passing "business QA"? Specifically, if a widget is submitted that provides similar core functionality (but different UI) to an existing widget, would that widget be rejected based on that? For exmaple, we're looking at providing financial data, some of which is provided by the Y! Finance widget, so want to get a sense of whether that is a dealbreaker up front.
