Widget production

Hi All!

Here a list of some common questions:

1) As i right understand each OEM has set of some preinstalled widgets, like youtube, flickr etc. How did they installed on TV? Does we have any chance to talk with OEM's to include our widget it that list?

2) If our widget will passed Yahoo QA tests when it will be accessed from consumer TV?

3) Can we use our server for hosting our TV widget?

    One more little question: I received autogenerated email from tvwidgets: "[...]Your request has been received and assigned the following ticket ID: / XXXX". Could i view that ticket somewhere or its only for Yahoo's internal using?

  • No public online ticket viewer at this time. The auto-response is to:

    1.) Let you know we got it.

    2.) Give you an ID number we can leverage in case you are talking to someone in person, email, and/or phone.
