Hi,
What is the breakdown of the number of Yahoo Connected TV sold by geography specifically the UK?
When we approach a company about building a potential app for the YCTV one of the first questions you get is how many households will our app touch, its hard to get any company to pay for development of an app without this information.
Thanks
Mark
The current number in general for Yahoo! Connected TV is 8 million TVs sold world-wide. Approximately 60%-70% of that is US and the rest is rest-of-world. Y! CTV has over 1 million users month over month. These numbers make Y!CTV the largest connected TV platform in the world. Sorry to be so general but we do not have specific numbers to share for particular geographies.

Hope this helps a little :)

QUOTE (Mark @ 17 Jan 2012 12:42 AM)
Hi,

What is the breakdown of the number of Yahoo Connected TV sold by geography specifically the UK?

When we approach a company about building a potential app for the YCTV one of the first questions you get is how many households will our app touch, its hard to get any company to pay for development of an app without this information.

Thanks

Mark
