cannot login yahoo messenger, but web authentication works fine.

Hi, 

I'm having a problem with my id here, i can't log in with yahoo messenger's app (neither with other apps on my cellphone).
 It doesn't gave me any errors, just keep loading.
But when i tried to access messenger via browser, it works fine.

Before, i'm using php sdk that is available on github, it always gave me 403 forbidden when trying to access https://login.yahoo.com/WSLogin/V1/get_auth_token. 

this is the output :

Fetching request token failed
But when i try to open https://login.yahoo.com/WSLogin/V1/get_auth_token
with my id on browser works fine and it gave me this :
RequestToken=blablablablaAnything wrong with my id..? Because i've tested all the above with other id, and there's no problem at all... If my id were blocked, why i still can login mail and messenger via web? even i get RequestToken using https://login.yahoo.com/WSLogin/V1/get_auth_token

  • just print the result of curl from starting point of code and that will give the exact error may be u have not given full permission to your account or wrong consumer key ,etc.

    Yahoo code you gave me is :  YC9D3FEM  i tried to put my ID and my Password but it won't open to yahoo messenger . What can i do , i tried the whole day just telling me wrong ID and password. my mobile number is [redacted]. need your help to open it please.

  • In my case, I have to register new Yahoo account, new Project. It have been working for 4 day, without this problem . I don't know why but it work for me .
