Hello,

I have a windows phone app - Messenger (by ashterisk) and I am using yahoo smiley logo as per the guidelines of Y! IM SDK.
I recently received a complain of content infringement saying that the usage of logo is not approved.

Is this a mistake? I am using the logo as per guidelines posted here - http://developer.yahoo.com/messenger/guide/ch06s02.html#d4e5718

Please advice.
