I am new to Messenger and am investigating its capabilities to see if it meets my needs.

I have read through the SDK documentation and this forum but have not seen any mention of the capability I need.

Is there a concept of Master/Worker accounts in Messenger? They are utilized to distribute load across accounts and not require one account to manage session. For example, a contact sends a message to the Master account which selects a worker from its pool of workers to process the new session. In this manner, one account is not always utilized for all sessions.

Is this possible in Messenger? If it is, will you direct me to some information regarding it?
