Associating Meme Account with another Yahoo ID

I'd like to associate my meme account with a different Yahoo ID. I was logged in to an old account that I don't intend to keep when I registered my meme account, and now I can't figure out how to change it. Is it possible to do this? I've been asking everywhere and I can't seem to get a response, including internally (I'm a Yahoo Employee).
