backend fetch error 404

We have been looking up addresses for a while now.  Today we are getting the above error?

Are the services working?  Not sure what to do with this.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

  • I have not found an answer to this issue.

    I have switched to using their newer service.  I wonder if the old one has been deprecated.

  • Go with the newer service.  With the newer service I have not run into this issue.
