Yahoo Local Search V3 location parameter not working

Hi,

I m working on URL and i try for
http://local.yahooapis.com/LocalSearchServ...p;city=Hydrabad

but it giving result related to New York City?

is this bug in yahoo local search api?
if not please correct me.
