If I go to yp.yahoo.com and set the location to "1776 Plainfield Pike, Cranston RI 02921" and drill down to Retail Shopping>Apparel>Footwear>All Other Shoe Stores...I get a big list of businesses.
If I use V3 of the Yahoo Local API with the string below using the category ID for All Other Shoe Stores and our own appid (which I omitted) I get nothing.
