If I am understand this correctly, you are trying to make the last button (bottom) in the view jump to the first button (top).
If that is the case, you cannot do this as the controls MUST flow to the bottom color controls. You cannot mess with user's ability to access the main controls in the sidebar.
Based on how I am interpreting your question, I would make sure you understand the QA requirements before moving any further. It would results in an immediate QA failure and a lot of time recoding to comply with the platform standards.
